Certified Referees for Tackle, 7-on-7, and Flag Football Leagues

Eastern Officials Association (EOA) Football Referees are dedicated to providing the highest quality officiating for all levels of competition in the greater Hampton Roads area, including parts of eastern Virginia and North Carolina.

We serve High school athletic directors, youth board members, Pop Warner/AAU operators, travel tournament managers, and parks and rec league organizers throughout Hampton Roads, Eastern Virginia, and Northeastern North Carolina.

EOA Football referees are experienced and well skilled at officiating tackle, flag, 7-on-7, and sand football events. Our referees are certified to officiate NFHS (VHSL) and a variety of other levels of play.

The Eastern Officials Association (EOA) provides professional, background-checked football officials for middle school, high school (VHSL), youth tackle, flag, and 7-on-7 events throughout Hampton Roads and Northeastern NC.
