All returning officials must be registered with the State by July 31st or pay a late fee of $25. Clinics will now be reviewed online during a specified period of time just as the testing procedure has been in the past few years. Policy Memo (linked above) has all clinic / test opening and closing dates for 2011-2012 school year.

Board votes to use REFPAY, reduces overhead costs to Region High Schools
After a successful trial with REFPAY using the softball officials the feedback was mixed but found more officials in favor of the solution. The BOARD voted to make all officials payments for the school year 2011-2012 through REFPAY; citing reduced operating costs as a contributing factor to the decision. With this move, the contracts were modified to reduce the overhead paid by the customer to keep EOA competitive in the sport officiating environment.
