New Softball Evaluation System Introduced!

Thanks to Mr. Dave Baker and Mr. Eddie Carruthers for standing up an evaluation system in Softball to help better idnetify training needs.

VHSL Fees to Increase in 2011!

The Board of Directors will decide the impact to the Dues structure in order to accomodate the VHSL increase. Newsletter from Mr. Turner will be forthcoming.

Mr. "Bullet" Alexander honored at the Annual Awards Banquet!

Mrs. Frances Alexander was honored by the membership for her late husbands' many contributions and leadership to the Association. 190 Members were on hand to pay tribute to Bullet lead by Hall of Fame Member Mr. Rich Humphrey.

Volleyball and Baseball Elections to be held at Annual Meeting in 2011

The Volleyball and Baseball Commissioners have petitioned the Board to approve the Annual Meeting as the Election date for their sports. The Annual Meeting once was the venue for all elections but due to declining attendance, they were moved to individual sport meetings. Now that our Annual Meeting attendance has returned to a fair representation of the organization membership, the move will eliminate an unnecessary meeting and reduce the cost of additional meeting place rentals.
