The key to our meeting this goal is the training program we conduct annually to prepare our members to umpire baseball games.

We accept for membership anyone interested in umpiring baseball at any level.
We provide all the training necesssary to prepare individuals to begin umpiring baseball at the recreation level and provide the opportunity to advance to scholastic varsity and even to NCAA levels based on demonstrated ability.
We have an extremely effective evaluation program that gives our members valuable feedback on their performance and areas they can work on to improve and advance.
We accept new members without any qualifications other than a love and respect for the game of baseball and provide all training, evaluation, placement, registration, and assignments.
We accept transfer members from other umpire Associations throughout the area who desire to advance to higher levels of umpiring and accept transfer members from throughout the country who have moved to this area and desire to continue their umpiring avocation.
